Robotics Care is a young innovation firm in the field of Health Hygiene with globally unique solutions. Our solutions are focused on improving the quality of life for people with limited mobility, all over the globe. Using robot technology, we enable persons who are currently reliant on healthcare and home care workers to independently manage their personal hygiene, bringing back their independence, integrity, and improving their quality of life. In addition, our solutions provide a safer shower environment. We call it “Compassion Tech”.

We currently operate in Sweden with our offices in Stockholm and Bålsta. Our main customer base is local and state municipalities with ambitious goals to quickly expand into the international market.

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our sales team who’ll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with B2B customers and municipalities in order to maximize sales and profitability, motivated by the fact that you are improving the quality of life for individuals that need it the most. You’ll be part of the Robotic Care sales team and its responsibilities are to define the health hygiene aids used by our targeted groups.

What you’ll do

Develop relations with large key accounts (e.g. municipalities) by maximizing sales opportunities through offering and defining innovative health hygiene solutions
Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
Drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
Use innovative approaches to solve sales challenges.
Have responsibility for your defined sales region.
What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s and/or Masters’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or relative work experience
5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling products/solutions in a B2B market; experience in the public segment is a benefit
3+ years of proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level, including public tender processes and requirements
You demonstrate very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
Excellent understanding of Healthcare aids
Fluent Swedish and English language skills (verbal and written)
Prior occupational experience as a nurse, physical therapist, or healthcare professional is a merit
Experience in SaaS business is a merit
